Our large traditional rustic sourdough with a golden crust and soft, open crumb. Naturally fermented for at least 16 hours, giving it a gentle tang and full, wheaty flavour. The addition of heritage and ancient flours of Rye and Spelt, gives the loaf a wholesome depth of flavour, and more fibre. Perfect everyday loaf for anything from toast to sandwiches.

Naturally fermented with 100% wholemeal wisteria cottage sourdough starter for improved flavour and digestibility, this loaf has a soft crumb, wholesome texture and rich, nutty depth from the whole grain. Slow fermented and handmade in small batches with no additives or commercial yeast.

Seven Seeded Sourdough

Our Cottage Seven Seeded Sourdough, is a large loaf, naturally leavened and slow fermented for at least 16 hours using a mature sourdough starter. Pumpkin, sunflower, poppy and linseed seeds are folded through the dough to create a hearty loaf with a deep crust and soft, nutty crumb.

Made with a variety of seeds that add natural goodness, texture and depth. It’s rich in fibre and more satisfying than standard loaves. Keeps well and is very tasty!

Fabulous for toast, sandwiches and anything else you fancy!
