FOCUP was born when I accidentally added porridge oats to my focaccia dough. Instead of focaccia, the result was a wonderfully tender, soft white loaf — and it was so good I decided to keep it on the menu!
Predominantly sourdough with just a pinch of yeast, FOCUP is baked in a tin as a generous 950g loaf, giving it a beautifully soft crumb that’s perfect for sandwiches, toast and everyday bread.
A happy accident that turned into a firm favourite.
